My Personal SWOT Analysis

Throughout this year, I have consciously and unconsciously worked on improving myself based on this SWOT analysis I made at the beginning of the first semester. I would say that I succeeded to some extent. Nevertheless, there still is much room for change and growth in many facets. For example, one threat I have is still not knowing many foreign languages, and this could in a way limit me from several potential international business opportunities, hence why I still need to effectively work on it. Stress management is also a very pivotal weakness I still need to work on.

I also still need to work on team playing because I find it difficult to trust teammates to get their portions of assigned tasks done. This is probably because they almost never do get it done right and on time the times I trusted them to. This always ends up in me having to redo their work. The only team I belonged to throughout this year that was very effective was the collaboration project team with the BCIT students. My teammates on this project all proved trustworthy. They did their apportioned tasks well and delivered on time too. The BCIT virtual collaboration project is my best team work experience yet.
